One of the unique features of our firm is that in many of the cases where we are involved in providing tax and accounting services for SPC vehicles, we also provide those services to the GP or AM that manages those vehicles. Being involved in both areas enables us to give advice that views the situation from a broad perspective.
Clifix can propose the structure best suited to your company's needs. This means taking into consideration accounting issues such as whether an investment is consolidated or of-balance sheet, tax issues such as conduit requirements and consumption tax simulation, and, in the case of cross-border investment schemes, determining PE and whether withholding tax is required.
